Brief
Super Hit was a game I made with a small team.

Very inspired by Top Golf and the idea of having a Never Ending Driving Range
Design Overview
We knew we wanted to make a "tap sim" but it took a little bit to find the theme.
​
Then it came to us to make and Endless Top Golf Sim where players can control the ball after they hit it.
Design Challenges
Ball control was the biggest issue we faced. While it was easy to control the ball at a short distance it became harder to control at longer ranges and some players reached Billions of power.

How did we overcome this?
Trial and Error until we cracked the math that worked for trajectory and control.
We simply just worked the problem
Biggest Learn
Children aren't the biggest Golf Fans. So, we replaced items like clubs and balls with things children love-- Cupcakes, Lightsabers, etc.
This helped us get an initial player base since it was Golf---With a twist
If I were to remake this game I would increase the width of the course tenfold and add little events to sections for players to explore.
